First Step to Lose Weight

Your Diet.

Watching what you eat makes up 80 % of your weightloss.

1. If you consume more than the recomended intake of calories, 2000,  a day and are looking to lose weight, then slowly reduce your calorie intake. I'm not telling to starve yourself just slowly reduce how much you eat in a day. This reduction will cause you stomach to get smaller therefore; making you eat less and take in fewer calories. But first you must find how many calories you take in on a typical day. ex: 2250. Slowly reduce that until its around 1850. Every Person Varies, For example if someone typically takes in 1900 calories a day and wants to lose weight they will have to take in less calories than someone that for say takes in 2200  a day

2. To go along with number 1 ^ You must eat healthy foods. You can eat mcdonalds but only probably get in one meal and a drink and theres your 2000-2500 calories for the day.
